Welcome to the Lake Forest Lightning Swim Team! The Lake Forest Lightning is a summer league swim team with approximately 160 swimmers out of Lake Forest subdivision located in Cumming, Georgia. The team has been in operation since 2006 and is part of the Atlanta Swimming Association. We welcome Lake Forest residents and non-residents in the North Forsyth County area.

We offer two great programs. The first is a Sparks program designed for children between the ages of 4 and 6 who aren't quite ready for the competitive swim team, but are comfortable in the water. The second is our competitive team for swimmers ages 5-18 ready to compete.
