Dear Valued Business Owner,
The Lake Forest Swim Team is eagerly preparing for our 2022 summer swim season, and we are currently seeking sponsors. We are a growing team with 150+ kids, ages 4-18 from the North Forsyth community. The Lake Forest Swim Team provides kids with the opportunity to learn, develop and enhance their swim skills, along with building self-confidence and friendships. This experience makes for a fun and memorable summer!
What do Sponsors help us with?
*Assist with the costs for the team t-shirts and swim caps for all swimmers
*Help with the costs associated with operating, maintaining and purchasing team equipment
*Help pay for our fantastic coaching staff!!!
*Keep our registration fees low and affordable to help all families interested able to participate
We have 4 Levels of Sponsorship:
Bronze- $250 Donation
- Sponsor name and small graphic will appear on the banner at home/away meets
- Sponsor name and graphic will appear in small print on the back of the team t-shirt
- Sponsor will be listed as a Bronze donor on team website
Silver- $500 Donation
- Sponsor name and medium graphic will appear on the banner at home/away meets
- Sponsor name and graphic will appear in medium print on the back of the team t-shirt
- Sponsor will be listed as a Silver donor on team website
- Premium reserved parking at home swim meets
- Sponsor name will be announced over the loudspeaker at every home meet.
Gold-$750 Donation
- Sponsor name and large graphic will appear on the banner at home/away meets
- Sponsor name and large graphic will appear on the back of the team t-shirt
- Sponsor will be listed as a Gold donor on team website
- Premium reserved parking at home swim meets
- Sponsor name will be announced over the loud speaker at every home meet.
Platinum-$1,000
- Sponsor name and extra-large graphic will appear on the banner at home/away meets
- Sponsor name and extra-large graphic will appear on the back of the team t-shirt
- Sponsor will be listed as a Platinum donor on team website
- Premium reserved parking at home swim meets
- Sponsor name will be announced over the loudspeaker at every home meet.
The sponsorship deadline is no later than April 30th to help us have enough time to put your company name on the back of our team t-shirts and banner before our season begins.
