Good afternoon swim families!

Below you will find a quick recap from our parent meeting with some important dates:

1. Our first practice is Monday (5/16) and will start promptly at 4:30. Swimmers will start warming up on the island with their age group approximately 15 minutes prior to their practice time. For example, 6 & under practice starts at 4:30, but warm-ups will start at 4:15. This will give swimmers more time in the water!

2. Picture Day is Thursday (5/19). We will not have practice this day. Please arrive no later that 5:15. Our team picture will be promptly at 5:30. Individual pictures will follow after the team picture.

3. Don't forget to sign up for our remind app by texting the number 81010. Text this message: @c4heh8

4. Download the swimtopia app and login. You will be able to see what events your swimmer is in.

5. If you know you aren't going to be able to make a meet, scan the QR code below. Matthew must know which meets you can/can't attend so he can make the line-ups.

6.Volunteer sign-ups will go live and about a week before our first meet on June 2nd. Keep an eye out for emails and social media posts regarding volunteer sign-ups. A change from last year is that we are NOT offering volunteer buyouts this year and every family must work 5 total shifts, with 2 of those shifts being bullpen shifts. If you have any questions or concerns regarding volunteer sign-ups or specific jobs, please let us know.

7. Our Spirit wear store closes on May 17. We get a portion of all proceeds from our spirit store. Click HERE to purchase items from our spirit store.
