Sorry for the multiple emails today, but I forgot to include a couple of pieces of important information.

1. We are short for some volunteer positions tonight - 11 to be exact. We are texting families who haven't fulfilled their 5 slots for the season; however, we are still some short. If you are able to fill an extra bullpen or timer shift, please let me know by emailing me ASAP! The job sign up is already closed for the meet, but I can add you!

2. If your swimmer was a swimmer of the week last week, please return signs in the morning so we can award them for next week.

3. If you are a bullpen worker or are putting kids on the diving blocks, please remember we aren't allowed to "assist" or push kids onto the blocks or into the pool. This is a rules violation.

4. Volunteers arrive tonight by 5:00. Don't forget to check-in at our volunteer table located under one of our tents.

5. Swimmers arrive at 5:00. Bullpen parents, we will need you in bullpens at that time as well because heat and lane assignments haven't been showing for some in swimtopia. We will have sharpies to mark kids up!

6. Remember, no sparks are swimming tonight.

7. Cash only concessions!
