Good afternoon Lightning families,

Thank you to all of you who have already let me know you are interested in participating in the County Meet at Georgia Tech next Friday. We had to let ASA know a preliminary number for our team. Right now, 30-35 Lake Forest swimmers have expressed interest. Now, it's time to commit to the event. So, what do you need to do to participate?

1. Attend our informational parent meeting tomorrow following our 11&up practice. The meeting will start at approximately 11:15, with Matthew leading the meeting.

2. Please fill out this Google doc to let Matthew and your coaches know which events your swimmer would like to participate in. These should be your swimmer's strongest events. Please click HERE to complete the form! Each swimmer can enter up to 2 individual events and 2 relay events. IF your swimmer is trying to qualify for state, you can enter in up to 3 individual events. One of these events will be considered exhibition and won't count towards our team points, but the time will count towards state qualifying.

3. Each swimmer MUST pay Lake Forest Swim Team $35 to cover the cost of the entry fee. You can either Venmo @lflswimteam or write a check to cover the cost. Please venmo or bring your check to the meeting tomorrow.
