Good morning parents!

Our last meet of the season is TOMORROW night at Grandview Glen at 5:30.

The address for Grandview Glen is 5290 West Price Road Suwanee, GA.

Swimmers please arrive at 4:15. Our warmup time is 4:45. If you have a Spark that is traveling, they will swim about 5 minutes before the start of the meet.

Here are a few important things to note sent from the other team:

1. Parking: The parking lot is small, so they encourage our team to carpool, and please follow signs for street parking.

2 .Visitor Bullpen: Our Bullpen will be on the Basketball Court behind the clubhouse. Please bring tents, chairs and blankets/towels to sit on. Please bring swimmers on deck by crossing the grass across the back of the clubhouse, and enter the gate that takes you right on the deck. (Facing the back of the clubhouse, this is the left entrance.) They will have signs posted. This will ease traffic by the concession stand which is immediately inside the main entrance. Especially important for bullpen workers!

3. Concessions: Concessions Stand will be located just inside the Entrance. They will have Pulled pork sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, PBJ sandwiches, and lots of chips, snacks, candy and drinks available for purchase. They accept cash or card. 

4. Lanes: Their pool has 5 lanes; We will use lanes 1 & 3, for our scoring lanes. Lane 5 will be an exhibition lane.

6. Timer Meeting: We will have a Timer Meeting with the Ref at 5:15 in the Clubhouse. They invite our timers, timer recorders, judge, judges recorders, master recorder, etc. to join us.

7. Volunteers: Please report to the volunteer check in table at 4:30. We are still short on several (8) bullpen positions. Some bullpens don't have a single parent in them. If you can, please login to swimtopia and sign up for a bullpen spot. Thanks in advance!
