Good afternoon!

Our first AWAY meet of the season is tomorrow afternoon at Windermere! Here is some information that Windermere sent to us:

1.Address for Windermere pool:

4444 Front Nine Drive

Cumming, GA 30041

2.Parking: The clubhouse parking is large, however, any overflow parking should be at the small strip center across from Front Nine Drive. The golf club is next door to the pool; however, they do not want us utilizing any of their parking.

3.Arrival time: Our meet officially starts at 5:30. We are asking all swimmers to arrive by 4:15. This will give us enough time to make sure all swimmers are correctly marked with Event, Heat, Lane, Stroke. Our warmup time is 4:45.

4.Sparks: Our sparks swimmers will have their mini meet at 5:15 with the “Ripples” from Windermere’s team.

5.Bullpens: We take pop-up tents for our bullpens at away meets. Our bullpen tents will be set up against the front fence of the slide pool (they set up our tents along the back fence). If you signed up for first shift bullpen worker, please arrive at 4:15 to assist the coaches with marking arms.

6.Timers: Windermere uses the Dolphin timing system. It is very similar to ours!

7.Concessions: The concession stand will be set up under the pool pavilion and will include Chick-fil-a sandwiches, pizza, drinks, chips and candy. They take cash or credit card (slightly higher price for processing fees). They also have a Kona Ice truck available.

8.Theme: Remember, our theme this year for all away meets is BLUE OUT! Please support our swimmers this week by wearing your BLUE!
