Good afternoon!

Just wanted to send some quick reminders about weather for today's meet. As of now, our meet is still on as scheduled. According the ASA rules, we have to make an effort to be there at 5:30, with our meet set up and ready to go. We are keeping an eye on radar, and it looks like there is chance we may have a delay in our meet. The team we are swimming is a smaller team, so even if we have to wait to start our meet, we are hoping to get it in. 

Here is our procedure if it starts lightning/thunder: All parents must get their swimmers from their bullpen and return to their car. We don't have enough room in our clubhouse for all swimmers to wait there. If we have to go to our cars, please don't leave unless you receive a REMIND alert telling you the meet has been cancelled. A few years ago we sent swimmers/families to their cars and some left, but we ended up finishing the meet with few swimmers anyway.
