Good afternoon,

I apologize for a second email today, but I wanted to give you an update on swim caps, as we had lots of questions about those today.

Included in your Lake Forest registration fee is a swim cap with our logo on it. We ordered the swim caps, as we always do, and we have yet to receive them. We just received an order update from our representative at Swim Outlet, and he said they should be here in time for our swim meet on Thursday. If they are not, we are asking families that have swam with us in the past to wear your swim cap from previous years if you have one. We have just a few left over from last year's order that we will have out on Thursday, if the new ones do not arrive. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are really hoping they will be here in time.

Also, we will be selling Lake Forest Lightning T-shirts from previous seasons tomorrow and Thursday morning during practice for $5, if you would like some spirit wear.

I will send a more detailed email with instructions for Thursday's meet tomorrow afternoon. However, I did want to go ahead and let you all know that swimmer arrival time will be 3:45 on Thursday. This will give us time to make sure all swimmers arms are marked correctly. We will send detailed instructions in the email tomorrow as well as post a video on our Facebook page.

Sparks arrival time will be 5:00 sharp. Sparks will swim their exhibition lap at 5:15.
