Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dads! We hope you had a great day with your families!

As we look ahead to this week, here are a few important items:

1. Please declare your swimmer as "attending" or "not attending" for our HOME meet this week against a very talented Grand Cascades team. (We don't have a theme yet, but we will send it out as soon as the coaches decide!)

2. Please consider joining us at the ASA Championship meet at Georgia Tech on 6/28 at 9:30 AM. We are trying to ensure that each swimmer can be in a relay for the meet. With that being said, we are still short some swimmers in the below age groups. Please help us fill these relay teams. If you decide you want to join the ASA Championship meet, please let Coach Bella, Coach Trey, or me know ASAP. See below for the age groups we are short in:

• 6 and under girls: need 2 more girls
• 9 & 10 girls: need 2 more girls
• 9 & 10 boys: may need a few more...waiting to hear back from someone.10
• 11 & 12 girls: need 2 more girls
• 11 & 12 boys: need 2 more boys
•  13 & 14 boys: need 2 more boys
• We still need several in 15+ boys and girls.

Please let us know ASAP if you can help us out by filling these relays. Cost to swim is $48 per swimmer. Cash or check is preferred, but you can also venmo us @lflswimteam
