Good afternoon,

We wanted to send out some important information about this upcoming week:

1. Please declare your swimmer as "attending" or "not attending" for next Thursday's Meet (5/29) ASAP. We have to have our lineup ready for the meet soon!

2. The theme for this week is USA. Wear your patriotic gear to support our team.

3. Sparks practice starts on Tuesday at 8:00 AM.  We are so excited to start with our Sparks. 

4. Please take a look at the schedule HERE to see your morning age group practice time. Remember to arrive 10 minutes before your age group practice time to stretch on dry land.

5. If you already know that you want to participate in the ASA Championship, please go ahead and email me and let me know.
