Good morning,

We can't believe the season is ending. We had such a great season, finishing 5-0. The final score from last nights meet was: Lake Forest: 409, Grand Cascades: 387.

We are so excited for our party tonight. Here are some instructions for tonight:

1. Party will start at 6:00 pm. We will start with food first. We will call each age group up one at a time, starting with Sparks to get food. Please listen for your swimmers age group to be called.

2. Here is our tentative schedule for tonight:

-Food: 6:00-6:45

-6:45-6:50: Start lining up for awards with age group coaches.

-6:50-7:30: Awards by age group

-7:45: Parent relay

3. Please be patient tonight, as we have over 300 attending the party.

4. We won't have enough seating around the pool deck, so please bring folding chairs if you can.

5. Follow normal parking procedures like normal for a meet. We won't be putting out sigs, but you know the drill.

6. We will be having one more spirit night on Tuesday, July 1st at Pizzeria Azzurri. Coach Sam is working there that night, so let's all go and support Coach Sam and our team. This spirit night will help go towards the lane rope that broke at practice this week.
