Good afternoon Lightning families,

We have an exciting week ahead at swim. Our first meet is this week at Fieldstone, and the theme is USA! I will send more details about our meet (parking, arrival time, etc.) in another email on Wednesday, but here are few important things to remember as we start morning practice:

1. Sparks practice starts tomorrow. Sparks will practice from 8:00-8:30.

2. We will have timed trials tomorrow. Please make plans to attend tomorrow's practice if at all possible. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled practice time. 

3. If you have not done so already, please declare your swimmer as "attending" or "not attending" the meet at Fieldstone on Thursday. We need every swimmer declared by tonight. Sparks do not have to do this.

4. Fieldstone will be the biggest meet (aside from the GA Tech meet) that we swim all year. Because of the amount of swimmers and families expected, Fieldstone asks us to pre-order concessions. Here is the link to order: https://fieldstone-fins-swim.square.site/

Concessions will be doing pre-sales for pizza, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, and sub hotdogs. Only a limited amount of extra entrees will be ordered, so please pre-order if possible. There will be extra pizza, candy, chips, watermelon and a variety of drinks that will also be available to purchase. They will accept cash and credit cards via Square (no Venmo). They will also have Donut NV available for purchase.

5. Lastly, Megan with Rose to the Occasion gifts, will be at practice on Wednesday with a hat bar, accessories, and other LF gear. The hat bar was a hit last year! Megan also gives the team a percentage of all proceeds. Make sure to check out her offerings on Wednesday.
