Good morning families,

If you are not attending the ASA Championship, please disregard this email.

If you are attending, please read this email in its entirety.

Important announcements:

1. Each swimmer will get a white cap for ASA this year. Swimmers must wear this cap for the meet. We will hand these out before we walk in as a team together.

2. We will continue to have practice Wednesday and Thursday morning for anybody that is swimming at the ASA Championship. Everyone's practice time remains the same, except for 6 and under. See times below:

• 6 and under: 8:45-9:15
• 7/8: 8:45-9:30
• 9/10: 9:30-10:15
• 11 and up: 10:15-11:00

Now onto meet information:

1. McCauley Aquatic Center at Georgia Tech Address: 750 Ferst Dr, Atlanta, GA 30318

2. Arrival Time: 8:00 by the red sculpture on the front lawn of the Aquatic Center -Swimmers must arrive at 8:00. Please do not mark up your swimmer before you arrive. Events are not in the same order for this meet. Coaches will mark your swimmer once they arrive.

3. Parking: You must pre-purchase parking. Parking always sells out. Make sure you pre-purchase parking HERE.

4. We all have to enter the building together at 8:35.

5. Team Warm-up: Girls pool from 9:10-9:25

6. We need meet volunteers for this meet. Please consider volunteering in one of these shifts. Please email me if you can fill a shift. We are doing shift a and shift b.

• Girls Pool Timers: 4
• Boys Pool Timers: 4
• Awards: 4
• Girls Bullpen: 4
• Boys Bullpen: 4

7. If you would like to meet in the pool parking lot Friday morning, we will meet in the Lake Forest pool lot at 7:00 and then caravan down. We will be there at 6:45 with window markers if you want to come a little earlier to decorate your car.

9. River Oak photography will be providing meet photography for anyone interested. You must reserve your spot. Click HERE to reserve your spot.
